I know two of those guys, at least through association. One was not even racing, he was a passenger, and they still seized his car (was not actually in a race they had on footage)

I gotta wonder about the guy with the stolen motor though. It is certainly possible that he bought the car and it already had that engine or maybe he even bought the engine used and had no idea. If he was involved with the theft or knew it was stolen I hope they pwn the hell out of him. Let's face it though, he's probably pwned already with legal fees no matter what happens.

The charge woudl hodl up as long as they could prove beyond a resonable suspicion of a doubt that they knew a crime was being comitted and took no action to prevent it and activly participated in the crime.

IE if i lend you my car knowing that you will streetrace

Or go drive to the store with you where i have reason to believe that you will commit a crime.

THey might not be able to take their cars. But i bet the aiding and abetting charge holds up... but i dont htink it would be anythign toooo serious.
