those are fake americanized zarfs. for real zarfs, see: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/zarf

as you can see, the word is an arabic word, and in common everyday arabic, the word means "envelope", the ones you use to put letters in. and i called that meaning well before anybody said anything useful.
