The owners aren't going to do shit. There is nothing in the ToS that says I can't download the images they have on their site. I don't have the knowledge or the capacity to DoS the site (which is what an attack would be, not downloading images), if they are worried about the bandwidth costs and the users downloading the images they have available, they'll either stop the service or implement measures to throttle bandwidth to specific IPs.
