PVC Pipes filled with various amounts of water. I have about a 10foot piece I use to Curl and do overheads but I'm thinking of getting smaller pieces to use as dumbbells. The thickness and the water moving around makes it a lot of fun.

i want bigger weight, though...i want to at least make one around 75 lbs, 100 lbs, 150 lbs, and 200-250 lbs (if I can get that much concrete on a fence post and not manage to break it when I lift it)

post up pictures of your sled. i want to build one of those, too.

Duke,
if you are looking at paying ~10 for a fence post, why not go pick up a used bar or two at play it again sports. it will be more comfortable to grip plus it will hold up to the abuse of 200+ lbs and not break over your head.
