I think we may end up raising the prices a little if we continue to do it after she starts teaching. Now, shes not doing much anyway, so the small amount of money shes making off an order is better than nothing. Once she starts teaching, free time will be a lot harder to come across, so it may be more valuable to her, if that makes any sense. 7/17/2008 4:20:23 PM |

Tell her good luck on her first year of teaching.
Secondly, her coworkers will be lucky if she can cook .... goodies in the teachers lounge ftw

Maybe she could get a job teaching Home Economics and turn it into her own personal sweatshop for baked goods? Prices drop, so consumers are happy. Sales go up, so your wallet is happy. And she gets a teacher's salary as well.7/17/2008 5:29:43 PM |

**** This is an honest Review ********
Pro's :
The delivery service was awesome. You cant beat having something delivered right to your door for no additional cost.
The cupcakes (Pineapple Carrot with Lemon Cream Cheese frosting ) were good. A little smaller than I expected but the delivery and cost made up for it.
The icing on the cupcake was delicious. It's especially good if you put it in the fridge and eat it a little cold.
Cons:
Although the price on the cookies was great, for as many as there were, they were really thin and not very good. Although it was delivered and cheap ( as far as home baked goods go ), the cookies werent good at all. I'll leave it at that as far as the cookies go.
All in all, I would do business again... with the exception of the cookies. 7/17/2008 7:18:22 PM |

Key Lime Pie was great, and the made-from-scratch whipped topping was much better than cool whip. Thanks! 8/1/2008 1:43:43 AM |

Review
Cupcakes were 9/10 or 10/10. They went FAST in my house. I got the pineapple/carrot ones as well and he's right. Ridiculously delicious. I'll get different ones if I do it again, just to see what other badassery she can cook up.
I got peanut butter cookies and they were also awesome, although I can see them being too thin or too small for someone. I guess if 2-3" diameter cookies that aren't very thick isn't the kind you like, let them know. They were also hard when we got them, which isn't my favorite, but with one day accidentally left on the counter they were chewy and perfection.
Also, delivery service F T muthafuckin W. So great, and the price was right.
Are you guys still doing this? I have some friends who ate a bunch of those goodies and couldnt believe I had them "delivered from the tron" for only $alabama. They want in. 8/1/2008 9:13:51 AM |
