friend of mine who had dropped out of school got drunk w/ 2 other friends and rode to the beach to see the sunrise. cops tried to pull them, driver kept driving, chase ensued. driver crashed car into huge concrete utility pole in salter path going 115 mph, killing the passenger (my friend) and severely injuring the other guy in the back seat. driver escaped with a couple of scratches on his face.
