the bojangles here in VA Beach is terrible.

The menu is totally different.

You can't season your own fries.

They offer "spicy" and "mild" chicken.

Breakfast is not 24-7.

It's more like a Popeyes... and that saddens me.

there is a bojangles 1/2 mile from my house, but sadly it does not compare to old faithful.

So... the medium sweet tea is 32 ounces and $.89... but a large soft drink is about 20 ounces and over $1.00. The price difference is fine, but the size difference is a bit rediculous.

the 32 oz tea is a large and it's on special for .89 this month

a regular tea is either 1.09 or 1.19 (i forget)

and a soft drink is always more at that size

the bojangles in Randleman calls it a menium, and it comes up as 32 ounce medium on the screen thing. However, that's not the issue. And I understand the cost difference, just not so much the size difference. I mean, if I order a large dr. pepper and a large tea, they should be the same size... not 32 ounces and 20 ounces.

sounds like a glitch with the sizing in the computer

but i'm on board with charging people way more for soda at a place that has great tea

i don't know!! i was wondering the same thing. and it wasn't a bojangles here (in raleigh) it was one off the highway somewhere. but it was really delish.

AND i also recently discovered that the slaw varies from bojangles to bojangles. some places it is creamy and some places it is the vinegar slaw. what gives

and i always get a kid's meal (leg) and then usually one of the individual sides of slaw or mashed potatoes or something. so today i saw mac n cheese and got it for an extra side. AND they have a mac n' cheese kids meal. i don't know what this entails. i wonder if it is at all bojangles. i really hope so. it is like the homestyle kind.

from the website. so i guess it depends on where you are because i'm pretty sure the western does NOT have mac n cheese. but the next person who goes needs to check it out. i'm still curious about how the slaw changes as well.
