As far as her level of blindness.... Yesterday morning as I was pulling in she was walking her dog by her apt. She had the poop bag on her hand as her dog was taking a dump. It took about ten stabs of her hand to the grass to find the load. I am almost positive that all of the blind people at the complex can't see anything at all.

Sounds like she has horrendously impaired vision, like can see colors and shapes but that's about it.

if you're telling the TRUTH then just do it. no harm should come of it. you're acting like a little kid who is up to no good or thinking about sneaking out of the house for the first time, or, worse, an underaged person trying to buy alcohol. just act like you know what you're doing, take the picture, and then walk away calmly.
