Okay I'm convinced that I should get it here in Raleigh where I live instead. I want to get a memorial tattoo to honor someone who died of cancer. Any cool ideas?

yeah, if you want a portrait you probably want to go to one of the places I've mentioned. Otherwise it'd not as important.

Portraits are pretty much the hardest thing to do. Since Dimebag is a popular portrait subject it's easy to see the difference between a good and bad one by looking at some of him.

I have no idea WHY people do it, I just use it as a comparison because it's easier to tell the difference between a good and shitty tatt when they have the same subject matter.
