also swimming has a lot of technique as far as stroke and the fact that it is kind of a total body sport

dives, turns, technique all make the difference. all while your lungs are trying to expand in water.

anyways so the real argument is if the sport is 100% of the sport, it is gay?

^ most, if not all sports, involve A LOT OF technique. I can almost guarantee you that Phelps can't hit a 90 MPH fastball or run a post route

I hate soccer, I played in middle school. I've also played football, ran track, wrestled, and swam. Swimming, by far, was the most fun and most difficult of them all.

Or are you just arbitrarily considering it gay because it's not a sweaty sport, or because you find it boring, or because they don't have to wear a cup or mouthguard?

Swimming is a sweaty sport. Just cause you're in a pool of water doesn't mean you don't sweat. You're drenched the whole time and it's hard to cool down.

track is the same way

like you might swim for team Nike or reebok, or whatever apparel company creates products for that sport


you sign the contract and voila, you get paid to compete and you get endorsements

endorsements come with performance, but i imagine your agent can put you on depending on how good he is

endorsements are bonus money, alotta times its way more than your contracted amount
