Sounds to me like the Chinese guy is full of shit.

Every event I've watched where the Chinese have been competing against the Koreans or Japanese they've been total jerks. I wanted to put the Chinese audience on mute when I was watching China play Japan in women's badminton. They were being total douchebags. And I watched the China-Korea archery competition and I definitely don't remember drums or cymbals.
