I don't know if I should laugh or cry. But that is all sorts of stupid.
Another thing, whey protein isn't eating right, it's supplementing protein in an easily digested form to consume after lifting.8/25/2008 8:44:38 PM |

i think the above post is stupid because he says something is stupid yet doesn't explain why 8/25/2008 8:45:54 PM |

Come on, you can't work out because you can't eat right? What sort of logic is that? Sounds like you're just lazy.

Depends on what you are doing... You most certainly can work out at 1500 cals a day. I wouldn't be lifting heavy, cause it would be pointless. But push ups, pull ups, sit ups, running, etc etc would be more than viable. 8/25/2008 9:21:45 PM |

My breakfast options are fruity pebbles, scrambled eggs (don't have time most of the time), leftovers, or whey protein.
So you can bitch all you want about it's not supposed to be used as a meal replacement, but it's better than my other options. Especially considering I don't like eating most leftovers for breakfast. About the only thing I really like first thing in the am is light stuff like sushi. 8/25/2008 9:33:12 PM |

I got some of that Chocolate Muscle Milk to give it a go, tasted pretty good, kinda like a chocolate instant breakfast. 8/25/2008 10:01:13 PM |
