cant believe aaprior has tried all those proteins and not VP2

plz dear god someone give me a ride to vitaminshoppe sometime in sept...my 5lbs tub of ON is about finished and i have a job now so i can afford to buy food which means i can work out...currently cant work out cause i dont have enough money to eat right

I don't know if I should laugh or cry. But that is all sorts of stupid.

Another thing, whey protein isn't eating right, it's supplementing protein in an easily digested form to consume after lifting.

um i work 7 days a week and only eat like 1500 calories a day? maybe i dont want to expend more energy than i have to?

Depends on what you are doing... You most certainly can work out at 1500 cals a day. I wouldn't be lifting heavy, cause it would be pointless. But push ups, pull ups, sit ups, running, etc etc would be more than viable.

My breakfast options are fruity pebbles, scrambled eggs (don't have time most of the time), leftovers, or whey protein.

So you can bitch all you want about it's not supposed to be used as a meal replacement, but it's better than my other options. Especially considering I don't like eating most leftovers for breakfast. About the only thing I really like first thing in the am is light stuff like sushi.

I got some of that Chocolate Muscle Milk to give it a go, tasted pretty good, kinda like a chocolate instant breakfast.

Just tried the BSN Syntha-6 Time Released Protein 2.91lb for $29.65 from Amazon. Pretty awesome. tastes good, mixes really well with milk. A++ would drink again.
