^ your theories are great. but if you've been watching this year at all you'll notice that while nadal has been peaking since the french, he's been slowly eroding and he's not getting any better than he was in may/june.

murray is having a mini peak which might be enough. it's a tossup to me. but the upset won't suprise me 1 bit.

Fish is usually terrible, but something like every 6/7 months he pulls a string of ridiculous matches out of his ass, and wins tournaments. I mean he has got a couple of wins against players the likes of federer and is playing pretty well right now, so who knows.

But right now he is NOT terrible. That would mean Blake and Monfils are terrible and they are not.

yea the crowd was going bezerk, you had to wait like two minutes after every point just to serve again, I'm surprised the players weren't peeved about it, (granted I think they are too uptight about noise anyways)

murray is just playin off the chart right now. on court he is psycho good right now. either way it'll be a great match

i'll give murray a slight edge right now over nadal (depending if he makes this 3 sets or not).



roddick however is absolutely dominating at the moment. this is the best i've seen him play in years (mind you he was playing this well in dubai and miami earlier when he beat djokovic/ nadal/ AND federer, but then the injury slowed him down)

i'm betting roddick takes him down in 3 or 4 sets. either way it'll be a classic match i hope for the usopen.
