I think our reason for hating republicans makes more sense. They're greedy, love war, and don't give a fuck about anyone but them and their rich friends. But hey, maybe that's just me.

I interpret this as being more liberal in terms of homosexuality, abortion, race, gender, immigration, etc. as opposed to healthcare, military, welfare, etc.

Yes...but because they are 'known' as the infamous republican network they seem to go out of their way to keep it to a minimum. I mean if nothing else then there's FOX and then there's CNN, NBC, MSNBC, CBS, ABC...they are far outweighed.

Look, I'm not making excuses for anyone. All the media sucks ass but FOX has been a target for a long time so I feel as though they are at least aware of it

How is this significantly different from the Democratic party? They just chose to use the government as their means of wealth redistribution instead of corporations. Do you really think Democratic congressional candidates are going to bite the hands of the donors that feed them? Where do you think the hush money paid to John Edwards' mistress came from? Not his pockets. It is easy to pay lip service to a group, but the fundamental power base of Democratic politics comes not from empowering individuals but ensuring their dependence on governmental programs they control. That is rather patronizing don't you think?

They failed themselves. If you want something, get off your ass and make it happen. I don't understand why people feel like they are entitled to anything beyond life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. You can do anything you want in this country even if you start out dirt poor.
