I'm not "scared" of Palin in the least, it'll be fun to watch the VP debate.

I do think it was a rushed and silly choice, though.

But I wasn't going to vote for McCain regardless.

We should all get together and have a debate watching party.

I think that would be interesting. Bring your signs! lol

here's the difference

you can drink super hard and do coke and become president (see GW Bush)

but if you get knocked up you can only become governor of a tiny, backwards ass state like Alaska
that's the glass ceiling

It's actually not the least populated state. Vermont has less people, and he was a leading contender for the presidential nod in 04.

Which one of y'all dead motherfuckers just made fun of Vermont?

(And it's Wyoming that's the least populated).

Being a senator from a state with very little population puts more weight on you... a governor from a state with very little population, no... not at all. big diff.

^^wat.

so you're saying that your non-voting representative has more on her shoulders than the mayor of DC?

hey man, no big difference there.

DC should be a state. a large city mayor will have similar responsibilities and credentials to governors (case in point, Guliani).
Large city mayors have to manage large budgets, and maintain law and order for hundreds of thousands, etc.
