There are so many ways to do a Rogue outfit since there are so many realizations of the character, it seems like it would be easy to put together enough characteristic elements to make that costume happen. Green or Yellow gloves would be an important element. Although ultimate rogue could wear a blue & yellow outfit, or you could go like the movies and go all black (although they usually try to get her into a green outfit at some point during each movie).

You could make an excellent Rogue (if only you had someone with a brown trench coat to go as Gambit with you!)

So you've got the hair, green or white gloves would be easy to pull off, and a white belt could help too. A white belt might work well too.

In this pic we were together as Emma Frost & Cyclops (which is are an easily recognizable couple for any marvel fan, once jean was out of the way). She went wore a white belt and made an X on it with a few crafting supplies. The White Queen rarely wear's X's on her clothes (heck she rarely wears clothes), but it was still a nice emblematic way of making the costume more recognizable.







... but what would you do for a cape? or would you even bother with one? Sometimes she wears one, sometimes she doesn't, although I think the cape is definitely a plus if you can pull it off.

^^^^^i wasn't trying to hype my outfit, i was using that picture as an example of the red X on the belt on the outfit of someone else, to highlight how easy to create symbols can go a long way towards making an outfit in lieu of expensive attempts at accuracy. Ultimately though I couldn't care less what you think I was trying to do, I still think alee would make a rocking Rogue.

If you have a basket it's simple. Load the song onto your ipod. Then go to Walmart and buy a cheapo portable speaker set, the kind you plug into the headphone part of your player. Place speakers and ipod in the basket, cover with a handkerchief or something, set speakers to highest volume, and go!

I really want to do this, but I'm not sure if I should shave my head again for halloween (did last year) and the body paint might be expensive. I guess it would make things simpler to wear a suit.


I was also thinking about getting a group together and doing a standard sized tetris block set. we could carry a boom box, play the tetris theme, and then assemble.
