I shop at food lion a lot here for my every day shit because i live like 2 miles from one, and the harris teeter is a good 10 minute drive. but I NEVER buy meats from Food Lion. I always get my meats from HT or Fresh Market.

Yeah, that food lion was dirty as fuck. the retarded old guy that worked there when i was in middle school now works at the one further up Lawndale near my house now. but he worked his way up from bagger to cashier in those 15 years, so he has done well for himself.

but yeah, that Hugo's used to be a Hardee's back when i was in middle / high school. then i think it was a bank, then it sat vacant until the Hugo's guy bought it and put a location there.
