On a more serious note, grow the fuck up! If you really don't like Sarah Palin or John McCain, that's fine. I'm a veteran and I'm proud to have fought for your freedom to be a dumbass. Creating threads like this one don't accomplish much besides showing how much of a jackass you are and that there are a lot of really idiotic jackasses aligned with Obama. I suggest a more mature approach to the political situation that our country is faced with. Obama could really use some level headed people on his side that can appeal to undecided voters. You, terpball, are doing just the opposite. You're not persuading anyone to switch sides, but you are making sure that those who like McCain will hate Obama and his followers.

I'm sure I'll get a lot of Chit Chat responses to this post, but this election is extremely important. There are two totally different schools of thought regarding how our country should be governed. If you really want to rally to Obama's side then it might help to be the kind of advocate that people can believe in and want to run with.

I am a vehement supporter of the McCain-Palin ticket. I believe in their ability to keep this country safe and to ensure we have the energy that this country needs. I believe that they will keep taxes lower than Obama would. Less taxation promotes economic growth and prosperity. More economic growth leads to more jobs for everyone and people can be motivated to work for what they want instead of waiting for the government to give it to them for "free". Government handouts demotivate people and should be kept to a minimum.

I also believe that our government has become a jobs program and is too large. I feel that McCain would keep the government smaller than Obama would. This is important to me because taxpayers are shelling out large amounts of money to fund our bloated government.

I will be taking one for the team and voting for McCain-Palin in November. My only hope is that everyone will look closely at the issues that are the most important and vote for the side that has the best answers for our country's future. That may be Obama, or it may be McCain. The choice is ours to make.
