I was riding down Hillsboro st today when a guy on my same scooter pulled up next to me. It was kinda funny to ride all the way down to school (from the Waffle House to just past the library) sharing a lane with the dude, like we were in some scooter parade. Sorta like that episode of Scrubs

haha i was driving down atlantic ave. down near wolfpack dr and i saw one scoot wave at another. it was funny.

my friend i was with told me that in peurto rico (he was there for few years) scooters are bigtime and serious. they have actual gangs and are pretty hardcore about it.

i saw my first scooter wave yesterday.


my brother, friend, and I take our scooters out at night. 3 fools on a scooter is pretty funny. we rode around the gas station as if we were a biker gang. haha

yeah but the liquor cyclists aren't able to afford the $1k bikes. they are on mopeds. there is a difference.

When I was in Vietnam, I rode this scooter SH by Honda. It was the hotness. 150cc , I think they also make the 300cc version. Anyway, it's real comfortable to ride, and fast as hell.

looks like tripleD4u and i are going to put in the 60cc big-bore kit since a rebuild was pretty much necessary, anyway...the only other option is a 150cc drop-in

they sell 80cc kits in the $100s i think. i dont remember.

heck, if you get it strait from DIYchina or something like that, you can get it for around $75-100.

either way. its good if you have to rebuild the motor. just like any other auto, its not really necessary unless you've gotta take the motor apart, you might as well

the met is now 60cc, after tripleD4u bored it out and put in the wiseco

it's been less than 100 miles so far, though, so i haven't really pushed it...it gets up to 40mph without any problems, but i don't want to go higher until after the first oil change in about 200 miles...the temperature light came on a few times in the first 15 miles, but i haven't seen it since...i'm hoping all's well
