So apparently Alyson Hannigan is pregnant...no word on whether Lily will get pregnant too, or if there will be a lot of "slick" camera work.

Whatever happened to the Whedonverse cameos that this show was full of through the first season and a half? We had Wesley, Fred, Andrew, The Mayor, and Inara...those were always fun.

The ending was serious, but it was still a funny show. I loved Robin in the Japanese studio with the Monkey...

It is a while back but in the St. Patty's Day episode when Ted and Barney go to the party where the girl with the yellow umbrella is that night; I wondered if the future mother is the girl that Ted randomly bumps into midway through the episode and apoligizes too, b/c she had no other part in the episode. I thought that b/c of all the flashbacks that they do.

yeah its a certain je ne sais quoi. all the major elements are there but it doesn't seem to hit me with that punch that it achieved in doing so up until about two episodes prior to this one. its almost as if they've lost themselves a bit and are attune to the guy who tries too hard to be liked.
