I bet they scared them by telling them they would lose their severance package (assuming they were given one) if they ran their mouths.

I was laid off. I'm pretty sure I signed an NDA before being hired on full-time. So I'm sure that it may still be in effect. But they did not threaten our severence package.

Ericsson and Sony Ericsson had seperate tables in different rooms. Not being set up at your designated location is not being there.

I didn't see any Sony Ericsson employees anywhere. If they were they could not possibly have been recruiting. Most likely just socializing.
