And while I thanked you appropriately for the offer, and sincerely appreciated it (still do; IMO, it's something most people wouldn't have done), that doesn't mean I'll never point out something negative.

Voicing a differing opinion isn't being a bitch.
Whining about it ventures far closer to being a (whiny) bitch that I did."

well then, my mistake. carry on.

I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who can't make my TWC service any better by switching out the shitty cable boxes over and over again.

I got satellite a month ago 'cause TWC sucks. It's definitely a lot better(it sucks you have to pay per TV though).

Also, this part was pretty funny

I would request you to reboot the box again.

i would request that you let the fcc rezone raleigh so embarq can offer me the service i pay so dearly for without the headaches and <1hour hold times on the phone"

3 weeks ago when the Clemson Alabama Saturday night game was on it was storming outside. I was at my friends house to watch the game. He had satellite. We missed almost the entire 1st half.

THANKS SATELLITE

The really frustrating thing about having the problems he mentioned, particularly having to replace the DVR about once a month, is that the people you can complain to have no power and no fault.

The people that created your incvoneniences are heavily insulated from you and will never hear your anger. So, while your anger is justified, it's useless and mean to spew it out on a lowly customer service rep. Light dog shit on a TWC exec's front porch if you want to express your anger to someone who deserves it. If you find out where one of them lives, please do share it.

I do understand your frustration with them. I replaced my DVR 5 times in 4 months before I finally gave up on getting any kind of TV services through them. They have also cut my line 3 times since I've had their service. This wasn't done because of bill payment issues as I've always paid in full and on time, but because their dyslexic technicians kept mixing up apartment numbers. Despite having a repair log that stated these improper line cuts (from the tech who cam out to fix it and spotted the service tag where someone fucking signed they did it) they didn't offer me any kinds of credits or pro-rating and refused when I asked for it. Seriously, I asked to be credited for the 3 fucking days I lost and nothing more- still they refused.

Anyways, no reason to make someone in Bangalore miserable.
