anyone listened to the new andrew bird yet? I think it's great... not as good as mysterious production of eggs but better than weather systems and armchair apocrypha. definitely puts more focus on percussion than pervious albums

I've just had a chance to listen to the whole thing and the percussion really stands out on this album. I'm not digging it as much as Armchair (I honestly might consider it in my top 5 all time) but some of the tracks like Masterswarm, Anonanimal, and a couple of others are incredible. I think it falls apart towards the end with the slightly more acoustic tracks.
