it used to be set for 7 or 7:30 (depending on whether I had meetings) and I would push snooze 2-5 times.

now i have to get up on the first alarm and it's set for 6:45.

i'm not cut out for this early morning stuff.

this morning it was 4:30 so i'd be in the gym by 5. i have my phone set, and my watch is 3 minutes faster than my phone and i have that set too.

it has to be across the room so i get up and out of bed. the first thing i do is make coffee and i don't get back into bed so i have to be cold for a few minutes. it helps wake me up when i'm not showering right away.
