Law Practice Client List - Wirtz v. Fowler determined the specifics of when it is not a violation of attorney client priveledge for an attorney to reveal names of clients. There must be a subpoena which must be specific in either the names that are being looked for or be obtained with evidence supporting a clear connection to a case at hand where the lawyer or firm is proposed to be a co-conspirator. An example of the first case would be if there were a suspected conflict of interest involving a current case and past or present client of the lawyer. So "I want to know becuase he's running for president" is not, according to precedent, a valid reason to violate attorney-client priveledge and release names of clients. Given the undue scrutiny they would then receive this is not only understandable but a required protection. Obviously, if this point is moot if they are representing them to the court at the time. It only applies to clients who are not putting motion before the court and whose lawyers are not currently before the court.

The rest of that list is either silly, public record, in a fucking library, on voter registration rolls, or already available.

McCain was born in Panama Canal Zone which was occupied by the United States at the time due to the Panama Canal so it is a non issue. I am pretty sure we did not occupy any territory in Kenya.

It's not even a copy, it's the original short-form birth certificate. That one isn't enough for them, though. They want the long-form that's stashed away in the hospital vault. Even though I have no idea why the long form would say anything different than the other one. The short-form is just supposed to be an abbreviated version of the long-form. But that is what this delusion is based on. That no one has seen the long-form, and Obama must be hiding it because it says he's from Kenya.

Whoa! I did not file the lawsuit. All I was wondering was, why was there a lawsuit if everything was above board whither it was an oversight or not? If the lawsuit got thrown out then good. That means there was nothing to it. As far as proving I am a us citizen, I can, that is why I wanted to know why the whole thing became an issue. He is running for president so his life is supposed to be an open book. If he does not like it then get out of the race. It seems he gave a lot of resistance to such a simple question.

I don't follow anyone blindly and I don't care who you are. I would ask the same questions if God was running for president. If you cannot answer a simple question, even if it is unfounded, with out all the court room bull shit then people will ask why. Now you have all the spin and rumors flying.
