If the Law Enforcement Officers tasked with *protecting* our borders had acted professionally and arrested him according to S.O.P.... the guy would be in jail and/or deported, and not collecting cash payouts.

It's these two clowns' fault that the guy was able to sue our government and collect a few $ Million of our taxpayer's money.


Look, here are the main points:

(1) you dont shoot human beings like coyotes.

(2) how much drugs could this "invader of our country" have on his pathetic person? a drop in the bucket, not some threat to National Security.

(3) "invasion" is hyperbole. quit being such drama fags.

(4) Law Enforcement Officers are supposed to uphold the law, not break it and cover it up. *ESPECIALLY* in regards to #1, the shooting of unarmed human beings like coyotes.


all that said, i'm not against the commutation of their sentence. they did 2 years for shooting a guy in the ass, and now have felony records. they won't work in Law Enforcement again.

just quit holding them up as some kind of martyred heroes. The fact is you don't do this shit in our country, no matter how many bags of weed the guy might be carrying

and FWIW, before the conservative moonbats start howling, I think overall Bush has wielded his pardon/commutation power pretty ethically. Far better than Clinton did.
