The turkey at JJ's isn't any "fresher" than the turkey at Subway but I think they use a better cut, i.e. the turkey there tastes kinda sorta like a slice from a roasted turkey. Whereas the turkey at subway tastes kind of like the hilshire farm prepackaged stuff from the grocery store. Texture is a difference.

Jersey Mike's > Jimmy John's = Quizno's > L'il Dino's > Subway > Blimpie
