Im about to bounce out of Fredneck. My "historic" 1br downtown is up for rent fpr pretty cheap if anyone is interested. 1 block to Market st off of 4th St

^^ good thing im a burger and a beer type of person  havent noted many deficiencies yet.
Also as far as calling it Fredneck, I think it comes from the yuppie douches in NOVA. Well actually it was coined by the gay store owner that runs Cinematrics (now Mundo Gonzo or something).
