Plax's gun was licensed in Florida, which doesn't make it legal in NYC, but it also doesn't make it some stolen shit he bought off the corner with the serial filed off

i would literally be shocked if he did a single day

this is what i'm talking about when i allude to constitutional rights.

3.5 years in jail for not having your papers in order is cruel and unusual.

If my license was suspended and the penalty for driving on a suspended license was 3.5 years in jail, I probably wouldn't be taking any Sunday drives.....just not a risk I'd be willing to take so I could enjoy myself for a couple hours. Especially if I had ~20 million in the bank and another 20 million coming in a couple years.

Breaking a well-known law really isn't violating a constitutional right, either.

I know, I totally get where you are coming from.

Like if some drunk dude wrapped his car around a tree and hurt his leg, he totally should be allowed to keep driving and face no repercussions.

A dude with a loaded gun and no safety in a crowded public place is a pretty big deal... it'd be the same penalty even if the gun fell on the floor and some cop saw it.
