I dated a girl with the same name as my sister, never bothered me

Though, I do have a bit of a lisp so if her name was hard for me to pronounce, I'd prolly have to call her by a nickname or something

this isnt really that big of a deal. but to be fair, all my exes have very common names so it would be ridiculous to avoid anyone with the same name in the future

in fact my bf has the same name as someone i used to date and my friends and fam asked me if i bothered me or if it was weird and i was like well clearly not, im dating him and the name is extremely common, so who cares?

i guess you'd have to be in the situation to know what you'd do

It sucks having a middle-eastern name. I always feel like I have to explain that I'm not a terrorist when I tell chicks my name.

you know, I just thought through my entire dating history and I don't think there are any repeating names. not that I deliberately avoid that, just worked out that way.

^^^ You mean convince them you're not a terrorist, right?

I guess. Honestly though, if I feel like I need to explain myself, she's not the right kinda chick for me anyway. I like a girl to be informed.

i've got too many ex's to avoid girls sharing their names

i dont think i could date someone who's got my sister's names however, but it's never come up so far. (one of my ex's brother married a girl with her name.. and it's just weird)

although they were trendy names of the time, i'm sure it'll happen eventually.

and grandmother, probably not

of course you dont see many francines that are younger

i like girls with eclectic and ethnic names, and by that i dont mean some newfangled A-A (pronounced Adasha), but names tradtional to heritages, like arabic, indian, and persian names.

basically i dont care.

oh and i like girls with boy names like ryan, kyle, sam and the like

it's funky and cute

idk

mine always ended in "y, i, or ie"

Julie, Jamie, Brandy, Misty, Lindsay, Lori, Stacie, etc etc etc.

not all, but most.

what do their names have to do with their intelligence?

every name on that list is a college graduate, and 2 of them have their masters
