Well, here's what happened.

This married couple was a woman who always wanted sex and initiated. The man would rarely rarely initiate sex and was never refused when he did. Sometimes, the guy would refuse his wife when she came on to him.

why don't people ever consider getting in better shape when they have relationship problems involving attraction? It has all kinds of side benefits. Call it shallow, but its a lot easier to be attracted to someone who's in shape.
