yea I had 150 at first but, I figured someone could prob still do it at 125 if they were really thrifty on other costs but yea comfortably id want to have combined $150k first easy...and thats basing it on TWO incomes which you definitely dont want to be doing in this kind of market.

You should really be basing it one persons salary or at worst 1 person's salary plus half of the other.

Meaning for that price, id say you either want one person to be making at least 150k, or one of you plus half of the other's being that much if you wanted to stretch it

not trying to be mean, just trying to give what little advice I can

It's appreciated. Like I said, it's a thought but we aren't going to do it for a while yet if we decide to.

Right now it's just a condo for rent in a cute little downtown that we really hope goes through.

exposed ductwork = no good

those pendant fixtures above the kitchen counter could have been picked better.

with regards to:

Take a look at the NC Legislature Building to see how well fashion forward decor holds up over time . . . especially those lamp-shades.

Most. He's 8 yrs my senior, the breadwinner, we are moving due to his job so I'm unemployed. I'll be catching my bills and some extras that I can afford while looking for a job. We are also going down to one car, mine, which he will use.

The boy loves g-scale trains and while he's leaving the decorating to me I don't quite know how to incorporate his die hard hobby into this contemporary theme. Also, since we are renting hanging from the ceiling/wall may be pretty restricting. Any floor space is valuable and open to traffic..... any ideas?

We are hoping that the brick will help as well as being in between two brick buildings with a store beneath us, letting heat rise.

Or we will get used to lots of layers.
