I'm still upset about there being no variation on the advanced step

or maybe, like, a different song or something

HAHAHAHHAHAH

i got a wii and wii fit about 3 weeks ago and i love it. it's nice to have something to go to to weigh me since i don't have a scale. the yoga and balance games are good for me because i have a really weak (left) ankle and this is helping me especially since i run a lot and worry about hurting myself again.

i still go to the gym or run outside most days of the week but i like adding the wii fit to my regular routine. it's that little extra oomph.

rogergirl, what's your wii code (if you have some other wii games that you play)?

I feel the need to stomp you at mario kart
you know...as pay back...for that time you punched me in the stomach and laughed about it

oic

nah, you didn't really punch me. I was just making shit up so that you would talk to me

haha, I only met you once or twice I think. that would be pretty fucked up if I could say/do something in 1 meeting to make you hit me out of RAGE

btw, my bf just launched a site for wii fit that has a routine generator, for anyone that has trouble figuring out what they should be doing for a decent workout. its pretty cool - you can generate workouts for specific things (length of time, routine type, difficulty, muscle group)

http://www.wiifitroutine.com/wii-fit-workout/routine-generator

there are some other features as well: blogs, user profiles, etc...

Wii Fit has actually worked out really well for me. I got it back in August with the intent of just being able to do things without getting out of breath the entire time and I've got from 166 to 152 lb.

my parents got one for my sister for her birthday. she loves it, and does yoga every morning.

it also asks where everyone else is that's weighed in once before (including myself )

I did the ski jump for like 25 minutes today and good god my calves and thighs hurt already. I am only up to the professional level too. I also hoola hooped for like 15 minutes. I need to do it more often to make it worth the purchase. It is a fun way to exercise for sure!

I don't think the ski jump is designed for that purpose
