Like I've repeated pointed out, what we're talking about here wouldn't be the same as, or even close to, premie status. Premie includes a lot of things, only one of which is the ability to post HTML in every thread. I don't want fancy search privileges, or chatterbox, or the premie room, or customized status name, or any of that crap -- just the extremely limited ability to post HTML in only one thread, and only for a maximum of 49 posts per instance of a premie posting the code.

This isn't public radio or television. TWW doesn't get the majority of it's money from voluntary donations. If that were the case, I'd be far more likely to give them my money. Instead, it is an increasingly commercial private site. If TWW wanted all memberships to cost $25/year, they would have. But they didn't. Terms are terms. I don't, and no one should, feel the slightest bit guilty, responsible, or indebted to TWW for their non-premie account.
