if you really want to shoot huge loads you can also just masturbate a lot and then stop abruptly.

as with many things your body compensates for what it thinks you need and if you use a lot of sperm it will begin to manufacture more. Then when you stop you are still building at that rate. This has worked much better than any multi-vitamin for me in the past.

as a caveat if you're not shooting your load on the outside and you are doing it in the box its a huge waste because at that point there is serious leakage and it gets all over your or her sheets.
