So we should require companies to post along with their nutrition menu (if they are fast food) or FDIC plaque (if a bank) rather or not they provide ample sick time to employees to employees to discourage sick infectious people at work.

What's wrong with requiring you to actually know a little about the companies you support? Further, just because they offer sick days in no way ensures that the guy making your burger isn't hacking up a lung into it, especially when you're talking a public facing job and only having a half day / month.

^^My guess is that people actually would do the research themselves if the issue is that important to them. If they don't make the effort, then that shows just how important the issue really is to them.
