The windows have never been cleaned, the blinds are shut (no side-side view), and I don't know if a hawk silhouette would do but so much; a crow just chased a Red-Tailed hawk away yesterday and I don't really want all the birds to be frightened (I like watching them). Taxidermy hard?I heard that another bird died after I hopped on the bus too. They were buried as well.

yeah your windows must of been quite spotless if the bird didnt see the reflection of itself as it approached. hopefully the bird didnt have a nest full of eggs laying somewhere.

As far as euthanasia methods go, I'd probably wring its neck, although I did entertain using the 3lb. hammer in my Jeep to quickly crush its head in the shortest dt possible. Bullets are my preferred means of euthanasia, but being in the city I will probably just go with cervical dislocation instead.

I don't think I could kill a bird

Well... I thought it looked like a female cardinal when I first saw it, but I don't know now. Only gave it a quick glance before I caught the bus.

yeah, thats it, they are moulting now. yesterday a small hawk/falcon was driving birds into the windows of my house and catching them while they were stunned. i rolled up to the house and it was looking for a cardinal it killed, but it got spooked and left, so i doubt it found it.^^ maybe you should stop eating turkey and chickens then.
