I wasn't at State when this happened, but I'm sure you guys remember the UT porn. That's essentially what the OP would be doing. People would talk about it for years, she'd be humilated, she might have trouble getting a job, if she was still in school she'd probably have to transfer, she might turn suicidal....

is it all really worth that? Just change your phone number, ignore any of her attempts to contact you, and if that doesn't work, get a restraining order.

I just really think it would be sick and twisted of you to use videos that she probably made for your viewing pleasure while you guys were dating just to give you some "peace of mind".

Dude, get a lawyer, send her the certified letter, and then if she keeps it up, take her to court. You post/do anything anywhere, it will backfire on you, and then you, not her, will be held liable.

Honestly, Id sue her for defamation and libel. Esp if shes causing issues at work.

Need to be civil about this though. IMO, she's going too far and does need to be stopped. I think the threat of releasing the pictures should be said first. If she doesn't care and doesn't stop, then go with the certified letter route.

update...

I was due for a mini-vacation, so i took the past week off work (with pay )

I haven't had a single incident reported by any co-workers about her nonsense in my absence. additionally, one of my other relationships that the ex has compromised has been going a bit better and communication is at least opened back up. The (sorta) current relationship found out from yet another party that my ex was feeding her lies as well. This worked fantastically to kill her (the ex) credibility.

At this point I am not doing anything more than previously posted. I do not however have any problem unleashing all sorta shit on this girl. But for the time being, I'm going to continue ignoring her in hopes that she will continue ignoring me, especially next week when I get back to work.
