The amount of Red Sox "Fans" at the games is really sickening. They are so obnoxious and bandwagon it is not funny. Its the fucking AAA team not the real time. I also like how there were more Dice-K jerseys than anyone and he has a 8.00 ERA.

Loserstine had a decent outing, but it was more field defense that kept us in yesterday's game early on. We heated up in the mid-late innings to beat the Braves 8-3; all 3 earned runs by the Braves on Sonny. Two of those were in the first before he settled in. He had something like 5 SO.

When they put Julio in to close it out, I thought for sure we were done for; 5 runs or not. I think it was more the batters that lost the game than Julio winning it. Hell, the last batter swung on 3 consecutive pitches near the dirt.

Greatest part about yesterday was one of the Braves outfielders pulled a Milton Bradley and threw the ball into the stands on 2 outs. It cost them a run.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Pawtucket will NOT be playing anymore games at the DBAP. The funny thing about all this shit is that ANY other team can come to the park and their fans aren't NEARLY as obnoxious or annoying.

I would say it's pretty even between the Red Sox and the Cubs as far as having the most obnoxious, self-centered traveling fans. The idea of "traveling" Pawtucket fans is hilarious.

I don't mind Yankees fans as much.

Those people are fucking idiots.

They get obsessed with players and decorations and shit. These few bitches beside us during a game in that series were all facepainted with Red Sox shit, had Sox earrings, just straight up Johnston County trash trying to fit in. In September they'll have Steelers merchandise on. These other Asian kids beside me almost orgasmed at the idea of seeing Smoltz or Bucholz pitch in a minor league game (and why do Asians like the fucking Red Sox so much?). At other Bulls games, the "Nation" is STILL rampant, obnoxiously dressed and annoying. And even the ones that aren't obnoxious are these fucking...FRAT-TASTIC assholes STILL on that alternate trend of the almighty 'B' hat.

I could go on all day about this, and I know it's not healthy. But I'm sick and fucking tired of the idiocy espoused by most Red Sox fans. It was a franchise I wish would get back to having people feel sorry for.

And these Nation faggots should also know that the true Sox fans hate their fucking guts.

To be honest, I've lost a bit of my interest in the Red Sox. I always felt connected to them as a Mets fan first and foremost (and b/c my Mom is a fan) because we both knew suffering. But now that they have become the 2000's Yankees it's kind of meh...

I agree. My dad grew up in Boston for a little while, so he's always been a fan but I was born a Braves fan. I felt kinda cool when I got my first Boston hat in 2001 or maybe 2002. Then they started winning, and every faggot on earth had one, so I really dislike them. They are really cocky and obnoxious in bars too, because they're pretty good at pretty much every sport. (Celtics, Bruins?, Sox, Pats).. I grew up hating the Yankees, but I feel like I like them more now that I hate Boston.
