^^King Hippo is the main event fighter for the minor circuit. You've got Glass Joe, Von Kaiser, Disco Kid, and King Hippo in that circuit and it is pretty easy to tear through.

Just got it today, never played a punch-out before but so far it's pretty fun, I'm stuck on the indian guy right now. Only qualm I have is that it seems kind of short. I mean I'm almost halfway through (based on the shadowy opponents remaining in the career mode) and I've only played for less than an hour? Surely there is more to do in this game?

And trust me, it gets A LOT harder. I finally made it through Soda Popinski and Bald Bull today after spending about 2 hours in the practice ring.

took a break from the career mode and started working on the challenges. got von whats-en-burger down in 40.05 which was fun, but now i'm just getting annoyed by the "find 5 ways to get a star" on disco kid. I thought i had it, two for the two different smiles, one for his right upper cut, one for his "here it comes" left jab and one for his other left jab, but apparently one of them doesn't count. also got two on hippo but can't get the bastard to lose his crown. this game rocks.

I'm trying to get the achievement where you have to let Glass Joe win. It is difficult cause he has to win by decision and you still have to knock him down three times.

My brother and I played it for a bit and its pretty fun, but I can see it getting old fairly quickly. As far as I can tell you only have one character choice so there doesn't seem to be much variety in terms of play style. There might be more to it as you progress, I just haven't really read up on it.

So I just got through Mr. Sandman (pretty tough as is) and when you play everyone again they are A LOT more difficult. Glass Joe even beat me a few times. Very tough.

Just picked this up today. Got my ass beat a lot by Great Tiger before giving up at Don Flamenco. I'm really enjoying it so far. The fighers are pretty funny.
