considering the truck started at 160, engine rated, and most all of those pieces are still laying on my bedroom floor, not quite yet a fail


I've got $250 worth of mods on the truck currently, and judging from comparable results on CompD i should have ~180-200whp, which should equate to nearly 240-260 at the crank.

fwiw, this is what is done to the truck:
k&n filter, no airbox
used 4" downpipe
adjustable boost (elbow fitting, 17psi stock to 35 psi current)
hand made intake horn (3psi more @ 60mph, manifold reference)

HX35 over HT3B
191 Delivery valves
5 x.014" injectors/+.010" pintle lift/280BAR pop off


that alone should put me 550-600whp. swap out the hx35 for an hx40 or s300 Schwitzer variant and the sky is the limit; injectors would probably need to be revisited, though.
