andy's has gone downhill as they got larger. cookout is better imo.

the speed with which andy's spread from a single restaurant in goldsboro to having one in every town from garner to the beach is ridiculous.

anytime == the hours in which they are open, which are much more restrictive than those of cookout.
plus, the one at monkey junction sucks, and i don't feel like driving to the one on oleander near 17th.
