I'm going to request an ultrasound at the next visit (5/14) just so I can know exactly what's going on! I'm not waiting nearly 3 more months to know something that simple.

My morning sickness never stopped. I threw up all nine months and lost a lot of weight despite being knocked up. Good luck! If you ask your doc, you can probably get a script for Zofran. It helps.

oh i've gained weight. i just still throw up at least a few times a week.

zofran is damn expensive, isn't it?

We went in today. Heartbeat was good. The ultrasound machine was broken, so no new picture.

The OBGYN did give me a Zofran rx since the nausea/discomfort is every day, sometimes most of the day.

I have gained 15 lbs. 115 -->130 NOOOOOO

16 weeks today. gender unknown.

baby knows kung fu... s/he started avoiding the heart doppler, so our doctor got the ultrasound machine. we then watched the baby flail/kick bruce lee style for a few seconds before it saw it's own hand and became distracted.

I bet you are going to be all belly. SO CUTE! I always encourage this, take pictures of your belly but also with your face in the shot too bc when you are showing your kid the picture they will be able to recognize mommy and you can say that was them in the belly.

Unfortunately I was lazy and didn't keep up with monthly shots of the classic "body profile" shot. Probably because I've put on about 5 lbs a month from the start and I'm actually quite unhappy with my appearance. I miss being 115 lbs and wearing my size 5 jeans, lol. My shirts barely fit now, too.
