thats a good question too. whats in the "beef"?

There is no Grade C beef. The USDA doesn't do letter grades.

McD's has gone to some lengths to prove they use 100% beef.



I don't disagree that it's towards the lower end of the scale, but ground beef is ground beef. The biggest reason they can sell it to you for a dollar is that it's 1/8th inch think.
