^just make sure it isn't indian/paki quiche, unless you want to smell like a homeless man dipped in a vat of diarrhea

Lebanese Spinach, Beef, and Rice

*In a pan sauté 1 medium size diced onion until it’s clear (about 7min.)

Add 1lb. beef and brown

Add ¼ tsp. allspice

Add ¼ tsp. cinnamon

Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix well

Set aside

*In a separate pan, sauté 4 cloves of smashed garlic

Add ½ a bunch of fresh chopped cilantro

Mix well

Add 6 or 7 bunches of spinach and ½ cup of water

Keep on low fire, the spinach will reduce in volume (you can add more spinach at any time)

Once spinach looks cooked, add the meat mixture

Mix well

*Serve over rice

you can use tofu instead of paneer for palal paneer...its yummy and healthy
other spinach recipes i use are spinach potatoes (palak aloo), spinach lentils (palak dal), spinach rice (palak rice)

Ken made chicken Florentine tonight and it has a lot of spinach in it. SO YUMMY!!
