i think that maybe there isn't an equivalent. and i don't think bitch necessarily actually offends women, it just gives them a reason to be mad and say sleep on the couch (they are probably HOPING you bring out the bitch card during an argument--that way, all the mean stuff the woman said to you doesn't matter anymore ). then you either a) do it or b) go fuck someone else. the choice is ultimately yours. but i don't think she's ever going to the couch. that is just the way of the world.

As stated previously, I think in general guys are just less offended by the expletives. I don't think there is one word that applies to every male, but a serious insult based on an individual experience (depending on the guy) could be offensive. Or possibly a word such as jackass or asshole, if the insulter geniunely meant it, would do the trick. It also depends on the guys relationship with the girl. For instance if a girl I really and truly cared about called me a jackass and honestly meant it, I might be slightly upset about it.
