ugh, its been 5 months since i got married and i really fucked my situation up trying to appease my parents need for a real wedding. my dad cried when i told him we werent going to have a ceremony, and i wasted a lot of money planning a ceremony i wasnt able to attend for legal reasons. now i cant live with my spouse til i get a piece of paper in the mail. the funny thing is that we had to get hitched alone anyway. elopement ftw

After attending/being in like 20 weddings over the past few years I really hope that when (if) I get married, I elope. I don't wanna have to go through all the stress of a big ceremony.
