generally low maintenance is preferable, but always looks pretty regardless. should be able to get all dolled up without it taking hours and hours.

this is, for some reason, contrary to the girls i usually date, who are typically high maintenance and spend more time in the bathroom in a day than i do in a week.

pretty, low maintenance, sane, smart, chill girls are at a premium these days, as guys get more and more tired of dealing with petty emotional bullshit.

Some girls are naturally pretty and dont have to try as hard. They were blessed with good features, clear skin and a fast metabolism.

Then there are other girls like me. Who can look just as good as the 'naturally pretty' girl but it takes a little longer to acheive that careless, natural look.

As long as the result is pleasant who cares how long it takes to arrive there.

I agree with the crack smoking monkey on this one. If we are hanging out at my/her place I don't really care what she wears. If we are going out I want her to look nice. I am going to put forward the effort to look nice. If it is going to take 2 hours to get ready for her, so be it. I'll get ready and drink a beer or two while I wait.

lol one time we were going to go out to eat and she was actually going to wear excercise shorts and a t shirt and flip flops. I didn't say anything when we left. Then instead of going to the restaurant I drove to her apartment. She was like "why are we here?" I just replied 'Get out and go change'. I'll pass on the unkempt hair, yesterdays clothes thing for the most part.

a girl with a little pudge has to try on 3 or 4 outfits to hide the extra weight. she can still look as great as the girl that was blessed with a fast metabolism, it just takes artfully arranged clothing and a little more time.

I dig a girl who can put on some shorts and a cotton shirt and look good. If you think it's ever ok to wear pajama pants in public then I don't think it could ever work out with me.
