I know at some point between that initial "who the fuck is punchmonk" post and the suspend fest I garnered last year, punchmonk made more than 1 comment about how she disliked me and so on and so forth. I was actually surprised in one of those threads that she said I should be unsuspended. She isn't a mod though, so no surprise she doesn't hold grudges.

If a small claims could be made against a website, and my few tens of minutes of searching didn't uncover anything useful, I absolutely would have went through with a small claims had paypal not refunded my user fees. I can imagine Nate Lustig would much rather eat the user fees and court costs rather than fly out here or pay a lawyer to represent the site.

This is the part where Chance will swear up and down he didn't pay for premium, and attempt to convince everyone that it must have been a bug in the code, even though no other user was ever affected by this alleged bug

After all, he will gladly pay for account after account, but we are to believe that he would never pay for premium access to any of those accounts

Why would I hide that fact? I don't hide anything else about my person. People posted my address and pictures of my home. I put my mug on this site for lames like you to photoshop. I've been up front with all the various aliases I had. It should be pretty clear by now that I don't have a whole lot to hide. I already offered my speculation on what I thought happened. I think that it was PartisanHack that had the access enabled, and I speculated that was the 4th username paid for by the same paypal account and there must have been something buggy about the tww code that enabled premium for it. Imagine that, something buggy about tdub, I must be crazy. I think I didn't even realize I had premium until days or so after I had the new account, you can probably go back and look at when I started posting in the palace versus when I started outside of the palace for verification of this. Actually, speaking of PM, I think I sent one to jackleg one time asking him if he had heard about it or knew of that bug, but as synapse is pointing out, my memory is pretty shitty about stuff like this.
