^oh no!!!! If I ever miss the dances I just youtube it. Sometimes you'll get lucky and at least see this weeks performances!

And I haven't watched last nights yet...who got sent home??!

ughhh...nevermind...I looked it up I won't say who since some haven't watched it yet. But I really liked the girl, and I thought the guy was super cute I wish the asian chick wouldve gone home (Asuka that did the stupid silent movie dance)

finally my DVR cooperated, even though i watched it live...i'm just happy it finally cooperated!

but i totally disagree ^ (but this is off not having seen any of the past 4 episodes b/c of my DVR...and I haven't had time to watch the full episodes online to catch up yet). phillip was terrible doing the tango...wow...just terrible...even with his "A for attitude." i was so bored watching it. i know this isn't his style and if he can grow from this, great for him. but overall just bleh for me. even jeanine. i wasn't impressed at all.

my favorite two were max and kayla's jazz routine and asuka and vitolio's waltz.

i wanted to LOVE melissa and ade's jazz routine b/c i love sonya's choreography but i was just so-so about it.

Okay, So just watched last nights episode...

I LOVED:
The contemporary dance with the new choreographer. I wanted to watch it again!!
Kayla and Max's dance
And I love Melissa.

Sonia's choreographed dance wasn't that great, but it was very "Sonia-ish." I also hate SLOW dances - like any ballroom! I get SO bored and usually end up FFing it so I always feel bad for the people who pick it.

I haven't remembered all the other people's names yet but the contemporary dance stood out in my mind as the best, but I also love watching contemporary.

WOW I thought the bottom 3 was ALL wrong

It was a tough choice as to who to send home but I think the judges got it right given the circumstances. Still pretty shocked about the bottom three though!

my wife and i are usually on the same wavelength on this show and we both agreed this last week was very eh compared to the first week. i don't remember names but we thought the couple that did the couch thing shoulda been in the top 3 if not the best of that week, but then they kicked the dude off

something didn't sit right with the results and we were disappointed

Ok I'm watching this major ffwd (no previews and not listening to critiques by judges)

couple 1--girl did a good job I thought...guy was not good
c2--I thought the Mandy moore's choreography wasn't very good and they didn't nail what they were given
c3--verrrry sexy
c4--wow! Awesome choreography and performance!! And where can I get those tights??
c5--pretty and I think she's my favorite girl
c6--oh Mia! Some don't but I lurve you! Evan was very good for this broadway-ish cheeky contemporary. So was the girl...very nice!
c7--I can't spell the style so I won't even try...but it's always Bern one of my fave ballroom to watch. This one was no exception! Music helped for me more than the dance though
c8--sooooo cute!! And he jumped a couch! Loved the feathers. Broadway is so fun

ok...so bottom 3--1, 2, and maybe 7..

^I basically agree with all of your comments. To me, the 8th routine (Philip and Jeanine) was entertaining and fun, but for every reason but the dancing.

I think 1,2,7 will be the bottom three too. I just hope Karla (from 1) and Jason (from 7) get to stay.

Okay, so I'm a nerd. I wrote down notes while watching! But I can't ever keep them straight if I don't...so here goes in the style of LK:

Couple 1 : The chacha, the girl...she always opens her mouth!! It drives me crazy!
Couple 2: I love this couple. The dancing was good and it was totally very, very Sonia-ish
C3: The broadway one was really weird...I like Randi (though tonight I noticed for the first time that she's a bit of a bigger girl for dancing, just an observation) Evan should've done better since that's his genre.
C4: Wow, the alien one, so weird. I agreed with Nigel for the most part, the girls costume was weird, and they followed their characters really well.
C5: Hiphop, I like this couple too and I really like Jeanine. Again, I agreed with Nigel in that she is good at every genre she has done so far. She's a pleasure to watch. And her partner was really good tonight too.
C6: The ballet was pretty, I love the girl. Overall...I really can only say it was super pretty haaha
C7: The girl looked like she was scared or maybe a fake smile the whole time. It was weird. And I want to like the guy, Bertollio (sp?), but I just don't like his personality very much. The dancing was pretty good though for a quick step.

Overall, in the beginning of the season I thought I would like the guys more but I find myself having more girl favorites (Jeanine, Melissa, Caitlin, Randi and Kayla -hah like all the girls!)

i got nothing from last night...i wasn't super disappointed by any of the perfomances, but i wasn't feeling WOW about any of them either. i thought they were all good. with that said, evan and randi will prolly be in the bottom 3 b/c of the fosse style dancing, and possibly c6. nothing wrong about the dancing, i don't think some of the voters will vote for it.

Here's my 2 cents:

1: The chacha was hot. Brandon/Jeanette have yet to disappoint.

2. The vampire dance was wonderful. My favorite of the night.

3. Randi/Evan..the only performance tonight I didn't like.

4. The alien costume was bad, but everything else about that dance was great, especially Caitlin's alien-faces.

5. Jeanine was great again, and this time Philip was able to step up to match her. They always have something funny for after the dance. (hole in the pants last week, the chains-in-apartment comment this week).

6. I'm not a ballet fan, but it's supposed to look graceful, and there was certainly grace. Plus, I think a lot of people who took ballet lessons watch the show, and will vote for that.

7. Vitolio and Karla were entertaining, but they seemed out of sync except for the holding-quick-step (which I thought was the hard part??)

My guess is that Vitolio and Caitlin are booted. I would rather see Karla or Randi go than Caitlin, but the judges don't seem to like Caitlin at all.

I loved the alien dance. I really "got it" and was drawn in to it... but that could be because I was high. The ballet was beautiful. I loved the first lift (if you can call it that) where she moved from right to left with her back leg out and her front leg bent once to look at though she were pushing off the ground.

I'm ready to see Randi and Evan go.

well, i'm glad that Evan & Randi and Ade & Melissa weren't in the bottom three! like I said, I wasn't totally wowed or put off by any of the performance, but I thought they would be in the bottom three b/c the styles wouldn't be appealing to voters. Glad to have been proven wrong, especially with Ade & Melissa.

I was okay with 2 of the bottom three couples...but I thought Caitlin & Jason should've been in there and not Kupono & Kayla. I'm fine with Karla being eliminated, but not Vitolio. If Caitlin & Jason had been bottom three, Jason should've gotten the boot over Vitolio.

And Vitolio was so upset but I thought his outgoing remarks were very nice

I loved (at first and what I thought was about to happen for both) that Nigel basically told Philip and jeanine in tonight's episode they were gettIng kicked off b4 they danced for their lives......but then......WHHHAAAATtt!?!?!?!?!? Caitlin?!?!?!?!? Ughhh...upset. I've been a long time ready for Philip to be kicked off though.

i actually hated to see phillip leave b/c he is so unique and so different than the rest of the lyrical gays.

even though his dancing is no where near the level of the the other two in the bottom 3 i will still

hate to see him leave. I can not believe they kept jeanine ... they must have done b/c of her big ole

boobies that i really enjoy seeing week in and week out.

i will say that i totally agree that the Argentine Tango was FUCKING AMAZING but my FAVORITE dance of the night was their last dance and the last dance of the show. i watched that shit about 3 times.

randi in the wig really threw me off and i think that did them in...well that and the dancing was not good.

katie holmes...what a disappointment. they've been hyping it up for so long, and i was just bored.

i was bored overall for this week. Melissa & Ade's contemporary dance was the only saving grace, interesting, well choreographed, well staged, with a good song selection (my lord--that one Nigel said was pulling teeth WAS like pulling teeth), well performed, and great technique of a dance on the whole show wednesday night.

BUT...for the 100th I was glad to Ramalama again
